How does the initial consultation work?
When you book, the scope of the consultation and any fee are communicated in advance. In the meeting we listen to your situation and tell you which route is appropriate; if we take on the case, the fee is agreed in writing within the framework of the Turkish Bar minimum fee tariff.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. We hold video consultations with clients in other cities and abroad; sharing your documents by WhatsApp or e-mail is enough.
How long will my case take?
It depends on the subject, the court and the other party. At the first meeting we give realistic timelines from similar cases; we do not promise fixed dates.
Do you handle cases outside Bakırköy?
We appear before courts in all districts of Istanbul and, where necessary, elsewhere in Turkey.
Can I ask a question under an article?
